Ashoka University offers the online meeting platform with internal partners/ community/user to organise meeting, conferences and events through the following platform;
MS Teams
The Ashoka community can use the Microsoft Teams to manage meetings, audio and video calls, desktop and file sharing, instant messaging, and more. MS Team is integrated with the license package of Microsoft 365. This application seamlessly integrates with Office 365 apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, and OneNote.
Google Meet
Ashoka community connected with enterprise-grade video conferencing built on Google’s robust and secure global infrastructure. Meet is included with Google Workspace and integrated with Google calendar to schedule meetings and events, Google Calendar information is available directly within the meeting where users can quickly catch up on the agenda and meeting details.
Zoom
The Ashoka community uses Zoom to conduct their classes online and this platform syncs with AMS portal of Ashoka university that helps students to get the recorded session of classes and mark attendance with respective courses.
